2012 State Fundraising Program
In order to provide the maximum possibility for teams to fundraise. CMSUSSSA co-ordinates the statewide MS USSSA Fundraising Program. The program works as follows:
MS USSSA provides teams at their request; raffle tickets that are numbered and preprinted. Ticket request form.
MS USSSA provides the item(s) to be raffled.
Teams must remit $1.50 of every $5.00 ticket sold. Teams must also remit the 2nd portion of ticket for drawing.
MS USSSA will hold the 2012 drawing the week of the 2012 Fall State or immediatley following in order to allow for return of tickets.
Any funds available over the cost of the programs prize(s) MS USSSA will allocate at its discretion to local and/or statewide charities.
MS USSSA may restrict participation to a limited number of teams in a particular area to prevent saturation and diminishing benefit to teams.
Raffle winner is responsible for all applicable taxes related to prize.
Winner need not be present to win.

2012 Honda FourTrax® Rancher® 4x4 ES with EPS (TRX®420FPE)
Entity taking possession of prize must be an individual age 18 or older or a legal business entity. Winner must also sign a waiver of liability against certain parties.
The following persons and their immediate family are ineligible: Chad Hughes, Craig Farmer, Michael Johnson & Scotty Baker.
